Weather warnings

I hate that the weather warnings are for places not even in the my state. Granted, the warnings are for the next state over, but how can you set it to make it in the county and state where you live? It also doesnt refresh when the weather warnings expire (now two days ago). I will be stopping the app from these notifications and use another app for my weather warnings.
